Admission

You were registered for an inpatient stay in our hospital by your general practitioner. On the day of admission, please report to Patient Admission on the ground floor of Building B in the foyer.

If you have a pre-arranged appointment for your inpatient admission, you are welcome to take care of all formalities prior to your admission, so that you do not have to spend time waiting on the actual admission day.

In order to organize your hospital stay, we will be asking you for some information during admission, which will of course be handled confidentially and is subject to data protection.

Please bring along the following documents on the day of admission:

• Referral from your general practitioner (GP)
  
• Confirmation of assumption of costs from your health insurance
  
• Health insurance card
  
• Personal ID
  
• Current findings and X-rays
  
• Your current prescribed medication
  
• A 2-Euro coin for your closet
