Clinic for Vascular Surgery

The Clinic for Vascular Surgery treats all congenital and acquired conditions connected to arteries and veins in the human body.

We carry out surgery on the abdominal and the pelvic arteries, peripheral arteries of the arms and legs as well as surgery on the neck arteries.

This applies to circulatory disturbances resulting from constrictions of the arteries and obstructions as well as vascular dilatation (aneurysms).

Additionally, we provide varicose vein surgery, port implantations and establish dialysis accesses.

At the Berlin Jewish Hospital, we therefore cover the entire range of vascular surgery for acute (emergency) and elective (planned) interventions, with either open or minimally invasive procedures.

The Vascular Centre, a network of highly specialized vascular physicians, also provides all examination and treatment options based on comprehensive experience and high standards. This has been confirmed to us through a certification by the German Society for Angiology and Radiology.
